1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Owner Leads ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Owner Leads is a subscription-based platform that provides real estate brokers with access to verified property owner leads. Access to leads is granted based on the cities and locations selected in your active subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Use of Leads

Property owner contact information provided through the Platform is for your professional use only. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute lead information to third parties. Misuse of lead data may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Owner Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
